Man Still Out on Bail After Robbery

A New Jersey man out on bail pending his hearing for an aggravated manslaughter case was arrested on robbery charges. However, his bail was not revoked or increased. Instead there is a new mandate that he report weekly to the county’s probabtion office.

Alleged Robber Denied Bail

A woman who was allegedly involved in a violent armed robbery was denied bail. This was decided because she was likely to interfere with witnesses.

Man Denied Bail

In Chicago, a reputed gang member was ordered to be detained without bail after allegedly firing upon two police officers with a shotgun. The man was arrested Sunday night after allegedly openning fire on two uniformed patrol officers who were responding to a 911 call reporting gunfire.
